Siem Reap, Cambodia: Finishing 2022 Strong

319560866_711952106966310_5435321406918872773_nWorld Vets ended year 2022 by providing much needed veterinary care to 600 dogs and cats in Cambodia. A small volunteer team of veterinarians, technicians, and assistants delivered free spay-and-neuter surgeries, vaccinations, medical consultations, parasite control, and other veterinary treatments to animals in and around the region of Siem Reap. World Vets partnered with the local organization Paw Patrol to set up clinics in three different pagodas around the city and received valuable financial backing and sponsorship for the campaign from MSD Animal Health.

World Vets is thankful for our partners, sponsors, members, and supporters who play a critical role in enabling World Vets to offer veterinary services to underserved animals and communities around the world. The people of Cambodia came from far and wide, many traveling by scooter and tuk-tuk, to reach our outreach clinics. They were very appreciative to receive care for their beloved pets. We look forward to continuing the important work of providing essential veterinary care to animals in 2023.
